Wedding Site Available

Basic Site Package for your Sunflower Garden Wedding: Portland, OR

Prior day to your sunflower wedding site:

1. Wedding Site lawn will be cut and prepared 
2. Setup of awnings, chairs, tables for wedding 
3. Tables covered with plastic 
4. Up to 100 sunflowers available for cut flowers 
5. Arch put in place at wedding site 
6. Rehearsal time arranged with you 

Day of your sunflower wedding:

1. Dressing room in-house for bride 
2. Tent available on wedding site for groom 
3. Photography available anywhere on the wedding site, the sunflower gardens or on farm before or after wedding 
4. Placement of sign and balloons at road to alert the attendees of the wedding site location 
5. Provide greeting attendant and parking instructions 
6. Grounds attendant available on wedding site for entire function 
7. Full children’s play structure with flag right on wedding site 
8. Sound system and whisper generator 
9. 200 chairs for wedding service facing sunflowers with arch 
10. Reception area to seat 200 at tables with 20x60 awning 
11. Food awning 20x20 with serving table 

This basic package costs $3500 which is due on the following dates:

• Half is due in advance to hold your date. 
• The remainder is due two weeks before your wedding date at time of walk thru 

There are many additional items that we can help you with that are not included in the basic package.
